Tewantin Morning Tea: Friday the 7th of July, 2017

20 Jul 2017

Healthy Towns is about healthy, happy rural and regional communities.

Healthy Towns put on another successful morning tea, this time at the newly restored Tait-Duke Community Cottage, Tewantin. This was a perfect opportunity for like-minded community groups to learn about the Healthy Towns Awards application process.

Thank-You

A massive thank-you to all the community groups who joined Tewantin Morning Tea, we really enjoyed meeting you all and above all we loved the positive participation!

About the Healthy Towns Morning Tea

The participants gained understanding of Healthy Towns values, principles, guidelines and the updated application form. Community groups from the Gympie, Noosa and Sunshine Coast region can access this information on the website.

Through out the presentation we comfortably enjoyed delicious scones and fruit made by a family run cafe called Potter’s Pantry.

As a result to the success of this morning tea, the Healthy Towns working group will hold another. This will be at Gympie Community Place on the 18th of July, 2017 at 10 am.
