Gympie Morning Tea and Nomination Workshop

15 Sep 2016

The Healthy Towns team hosted a morning tea at Gympie Community Place on Thursday the 25th of August. The morning was a great success with 15 people attending from 10 different community groups such as Weeroona, Bluecare, Cooloola Coast Medical Transport, Sunshine 60 and better, Kandanga Hall Committee, Mens Shed, Cooloola Potters Group, Learners Action Group Gympie (LAGG) and Jobmatch.

The morning tea included a nomination workshop, where information was given about the awards and attendees were shown the process of how to nominate.

We would like to thank all community groups that joined us on the day!

Healthy Towns acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respect to them and their cultures; and to Elders both past and present.
